All sales are final

All purchases made on MokaWallets.com are final sales. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or overstock. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Defective or incorrect items

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

To open a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the affected items. A Return Authorization Number will be issued before any items are shipped back. Items returned without authorization will not receive credit or replacement.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging will be deemed a misuse defect and will not receive credit or replacement.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Wholesale terms

• MokaWallets.com sells exclusively to wholesale buyers. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for resale.
• Volume pricing tiers apply automatically at checkout based on quantity.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
